You can return or exchange product which you buy from our online dblmfashion.com store within 7 days from date of receiving the product. Simply you go on dblmfashion.com portal and login in your account.

• Click on the Order history and details section and select order.
• Select product, quantities and write explanation of returning product send us Return request.

Few points remember for return products

All returned items must be unused and unwashed. Product should be returned with original packaging and tags in their proper place. Items without tags will not be accepted. If you received damages or defective product you notify us within 24 hour from date and time of delivery. You send us with photo of product with damages side on email id rcare@dblmfashion.com.

if you not satisfied with product you request for return within 7 days of product delivered to you.

Refund will be done within 15 working days from product term final settlement.
